Dr. Sarel Lizamore completed his internship in 1985 in Klerksdorp before serving in the military from 1987 to 1989 at Potchefstroom Military Base Hospital. He has been practising as a general practitioner since 1989, including two years in Ireland. Dr. Lizamore also gained experience in anaesthetics at Kimberley Hospital. In November 2022, he settled in Potchefstroom and joined the North West Medical Centre. He is a family man, married to his wife Nicole, with sons James and John, and daughter Ame.
